I feel you all had something amazing and now it’s low budget and more expensive to carry. Since you have Walmart Amazon and so many selling it for less. It’s really not the same quality nor reliability! Myself and others are looking into other brands. For a while it was just labels and box branding. Now it’s everything. So you will loose who you have gained a reputation with! Not only companies but clients! Your prices and changes don’t bring comfort to consumers or retailers.
