MY ACCOUNT

Don't worry, if you have an active account and your email is recognized in our system, you can request your password by navigating to the My Account Page, and clicking on the "Forgot Password" link located under the "Returning Customers" section.

Wholesale pricing and professional-only products are visible only to approved professional accounts. If you’re logged in and don’t see pricing, your application may still be under review, your credentials may need updating, or your account may not be fully approved.
Professional accounts are intended for single-account use. If you need additional access or have questions about account permissions, contact Customer Care for guidance.
MY ORDERS
Your tracking number can be found at the bottom of the shipment confirmation email that you receive after placing an order.
For all orders placed online, you can log in to your account, select the order, and the tracking number will be available to view as soon as the order ships.
Once order are placed it is automatically sent to our fulfillment center to ensure you receive your skin care as quick as possible.
We are not able to add additional items to processed orders.
Your final invoice is emailed to you right as your order ships. If you placed an online order, you can find your invoice by logging into your account. If you placed an order at an event or through a BDM, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team at customercare@imageskincare.com.
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed as they will have transferred to our fulfillment center.
If you are unable to receive your order or would like to request to return the order you placed, please call our customer care team at (800) 796-7546.
Contact Customer Care for order, shipping, returns, account questions, as well as education, training, and marketing requests. Customer Care will route your request to the appropriate team as needed.
MY DELIVERY OPTIONS
Yes, we can ship to PO and APO/FPO addresses. You can enter the address information at checkout or place an order by phone by calling our customer care team.

We offer $5 ground shipping on orders under $125, $10 shipping on orders $126-$299, $12 shipping on orders $300-400, $15 shipping on orders $401-$499, and free shipping on orders over $500. We also offer overnight and expedited shipping. Shipping rates may change during promotional offers. See offers page for details.
Pricing can be viewed at the time of checkout.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Photos may be requested to help resolve the issue quickly and accurately.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We accept returns of unopened, unused and resalable retail- size products may be returned to IMAGE within 30 calendar days of purchase if accompanied by an RMA for a refund or credit of the amount paid, minus any outstanding balances.
All requests to return unopened, unused and resalable retail-size products after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Requests to return damaged items or shipping errors must be made by calling our customer care department within 48 hours of receipt of shipment to obtain a return management authorization (RMA) number or have your order corrected at (800) 796-7546.
The customer care department hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6:00 pm EST (except federal holidays).
We do not accept returns or exchanges on professional-size products, peels, enhancers, t-shirts, trial kits, samples, products received as part of 10% back, products purchased as part of an opening order, or items purchased as final sale.
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges should we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that a Product is not unopened or unused, with an unbroken seal and unopened packaging or not in resalable new condition, or should you fail to provide us with information or materials (including photos) relating to the relevant Products that we may request from time to time.

TRAININGS
We have a variety of training options. We offer recorded webinars, live webinars and in-person local classes, as well as live and virtual events throughout the year.

IMAGE EDUCATION CENTER
The IEC is your resource for all things related to education and trainings. Here the focus is on product and skin education. You can find online trainings, protocols, collection information, recorded webinars, courses, etc., all in one place! Visit IEC to login.
To access IEC, you must first have an active IMAGE account. Once your account is approved, login credentials will be provided. If you’re unable to locate your login information, please contact Customer Care for assistance. You may also use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your credentials.
Your IEC username and password may be the same credentials used for your IMAGE account and Image Relay.
MARKETING RESOURCE CENTER (IMAGE RELAY)
Marketing Resource Center is a digital asset portal that makes downloading and searching for IMAGE Skincare brand assets easier than ever.
You'll find hi-res product photos, videos, logos, social assets, marketing support, training materials, treatment protocols and more to promote your business.

Visit https://imageskincare.imagerelay.com and scroll to the bottom of the page until you see "NOT A REGISTERED USER?"
Click "CREATE AN ACCOUNT"
Visit https://imageskincare.imagerelay.com and enter your username and password, then click LOG IN.
You must create a separate log in for Marketing Resource Center; however, you may use the same email and password if you prefer.
You may also download by selecting the downward arrow that appears on the top left of the selected image.
Resetting your password is simple.
Visit https://imageskincare.imagerelay.com and click "FORGOT PASSWORD." You will receive an email to reset your password within minutes.
After creating an Marketing Resource Center account and logging in, you can view a "How to Use Marketing Resource Center" video tutorial that will guide you on how to navigate, search, download and share assets.

Collections are inspiration boards that allow you to curate photos and videos.
For example, create a board that features new products and share it with your clients by clicking "SHARE" and emailing or sending a link.
Your board will remain private until it is shared.
