Please update bottle packaging
"Amazing product but the packaging must be changed. I’ve reached out to customer service several times and have been able to get replacements for the bottles I’ve purchased, but it’s very upsetting that I had to do so in the first place. All of them (my clients’ and my personal bottle) have cracked or broken without being dropped, causing pieces of glass to surround the cap area and fall into the bottle. There is a bead in there to help shake the bottle and blend the ingredients but I don’t think that’s the culprit. I think the issue is that the top glass area is too thin and maybe due to pressure, it breaks. I can’t be the only Pro this happens to so I urge you to reach out to customer service if it does so that quality control goes into play and the packaging can HOPEFULLY be updated. This is serious and dangerous. Such a shame too because it’s one of my favorite products and it impresses clients upon application, especially when you detail the benefits to them."

There are some problematic items as well such as the Biome serum bottle is defective and spills out each time I put the dropper back in. And the Protect 75 moisturizer peels off like gommage during the day and falls onto my clothing."
