"I had high hopes for this but my main complaint is that is doesn’t seem to dry after putting it on. I waited an hour after putting it on to put my makeup on but it was still wet feeling and I used only a very small dot for both eyes. It doesn’t seem to have a smell and I haven’t noticed a difference yet but it’s only been a week. I will continue to use it for a few weeks since it was kind of expensive."
